The idea of this blog is to keep your mind fit and sharp. Through the rest of this blog, I will be writing professional exercises that were developed to enhance the capacity of your brain. This Science of improving your brain through daily routines or exercises is called Neurobics. Neurobics is based on solid scientific ground: “it is an exciting synthesis of substantial findings about the brain that provides a concrete strategy for keeping the brain fit and flexible as you grow older.” The attempt of the exercises are to keep it simple and perhaps in line with your daily routines. Most of us do not have the time to dedicate a few hours to train our brain. In fact, our brain is learning all the time as we know. But these exercises will help you take your brain capacity to another level. So prepare to sharpen your brain circuits.
